The projected buildings are part of the Odinburg residential complex, developed by the international company AFI Development.
The Odinburg residential block is a new neighborhood in Odintsovo, one of the Moscow region's largest and most environmentally sound cities. It is essentially a suburb of Moscow, located on its prestigious west side, just a 7-minute drive away from the Moscow Ring Road.
The concept proposes five residential buildings with a shared underground parking lot on the second plot.
The block’s single architectural concept, based on the idea of comfortable and modern life, includes non-residential premises such as stores, cafes, beauty salons, etc., placed on the lower levels.
Combined-material façades clad with clinker tiles and fiber cement panels create a modern look, while large windows provide the apartments with abundant natural lighting.
The landscaping seamlessly ties in with the Odinburg neighborhood's overall structure, providing a link to walking routes for residents and access to the beautified riverfront.
2
The design was developed for two plots making up the Odinburg residential block.
The first plot features two tower-type houses with a shared underground parking lot. The full scope of design works was executed, from the concept to state approval. The project is currently being implemented.
Comfortable wide sidewalks, bicycle lanes and green areas are provided. Inner courtyards are equipped with modern, safe children’s playgrounds and athletic courts.
